Our company has been in business for 19 years and have performed over 5000 building evaluations. We provide services to Bay, Saginaw, Midland, Arenac, Iosco, Ogemaw, Gladiwn, and Tuscola counties. We provide evaluations for commercial, residential, multi units, also well and septic inspections. As a HUD 203k Consultant we provide initial feasibility inspection, work write up for streamline rehabs, write ups for full 203k rehabs, and draw inspections. Our service is available 6 days a week with most reports received within 48hrs after inspection is completed. Our reports are accepted by HUD, FHA, VA, and Rural Development.
