My home inspections usually take three hours or more. You are strongly encouraged to be at the inspection and familiarize yourself with what we find, even if you have lived there for twenty years. We will spend all the time you need to inspect your home and ensure you understand the results. You will be treated respectfully and courteously and I welcome the opportunity to answer any question you may have. The only poor question would be the one you left unasked.
A thorough, clear, customized, narrative, report with pictures will be produced for you online, through email or a hard copy.
