Full time home inspection service company for 19 years. Our President and Chief Inspector has over 25 years of residential home building, design,and renovations, therefore experience does count with our home system evaluations. This enhances our ability to convey accurate condition and assurance of the residential property under examination. Structural examinations are included, although we are not licensed structural engineers, but have years of framing experience along with knowledge of building code requirements for the past 19 years.
