Description of Services

We inspect residential homes, townhomes, manufactured homes, pools and spas. We normally inspect one home per day because we do not know what we will find. We encourage the client to attend the inspection. By observing and asking questions, you will learn about your home and get tips on general maintenance. The normal inspection will take 3 hrs depending on the size, condition,and age. At the end of the inspection, the inspector will review items and their recommendations. The normal turn around for the report with pictures, recommendation is 24 hours after the physical inspection.
