Your one stop inspection resource!! I have been a certified home inspector in Eastern Washington/ Northern Idaho for the last 9 years. I have inspected over 3,800 homes and a variety of different buildings from multi unit apartment complexes to large businesses. I am certified by the state of Washington and can perform radon testing and air samples. I am one of the few certified mold inspectors in the area and certified by the IAQA (Indoor Air Quality Association). I am also a pest inspector certified by the WSDA (Washington State Department of Agriculture).
