Who is EPI?

EPI is own and operated by Jesse Hicks, NJ Licesnsed Home Inspector. Jesse has been in the construction industry for twenty years and brings vast knowledge, skills and experience from the trade. He began his career in roofing, siding and windows, and eventually moved into framing, additions, remodeling and home building. Jesse also gained valuable experience in commercial fabrication and design of architectural framing and doors. Eventually, Jesse moved into the security aspects of construction as a Security Technician which involved work as a locksmith,and installation of access control systems for residential and commerical clients. All of Jesse's experiences in the construction industry better serves him in his career as a Home Inspector. Knowing about building from the inside out, he has developed an eye for detail that is key to a quality inspection.
