Description of Services

I passed my state builders’ exam, CBC 059494, in 1999 and started Eden Screen & Construction Co., Inc. The company does general construction, leaning towards opening protection, concrete work, and light construction. In 2007 we were asked to start doing wind mitigation for some of our local insurance agents. This has been our main line of work since that date. On top of my qualification as a state certified builder, I am also state certified home inspector. Aside from the continuing education that the state requires we like to stay current on wind mitigation in general. Attending forums at the state level along with classes by Bill York help keep us up to date on the issues.
Previous military experience has instilled promptness, professionalism, and attention to detail when conducting an inspection. We utilize the “All Inspection” smart phone app to reliably and quickly generate reports/inspections. Currently we email all inspections to the parties concerned within 24-36 hours. All inspections are kept onsite with pictures for any questions the homeowner, agent, or underwriter may have regarding the inspection. Eden Inc. is respected by underwriters and agents along the treasure coast, references can be furnished upon request.
