My dad, Sonny Witherspoon, started this company in 1994 and I began working with him in 2003. After his retirement, I have taken over operation of our company and continue to provide the best quality inspection you will find. We offer detailed reports with pictures that are done on site and also offer a 90 day limited warranty with all inspections.

Education & Credentials

Over 200 hours of in class, on line and book education and do a minimum of 32 hours continuing education every 2 years. Licensed through the State of TN Licensing Program and member of NACHI
