Description of Services

Metz is a professional inspector since the 90's. He has owned and operated a home repair company. He is retired Captain from the Houston Fire Dept. He is liscened realtor, but does not practice in the Real Estate business. I give a honest and fair inspection. I work Monday through Saturday. I am a greeter at Memorial Baptist Church. I have been married almost 50 years, have 4 children, 15 grand children and one Great grand child. If you are looking for the cheapest inspection, I'm not your guy. if you are looking for a good inspection, that would be Metz.
