Education & Credentials

I achieved my Home inspector certification through Delta Colleges Life Long learning course "Basic Home Inspector" course number CVI-2025-WN300.
I also have been a licensed electrician for the past 16 years holding a Masters electrician license for the past 9 years, 7 of which I have been a licensed and insured Electrical contractor. Other certifications I hold are "IAC2" mold and radon testing through the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI), along with several others which can be viewed on my website.
