John and Bill have over 25 years combined experience in the building and construction industry. With ATI you are get 2 Licensed, Certified Inspectors for the price of 1. Constructing everything from a simple rehab to building homes from the ground up, in addition to, overseeing construction in all phases from foundation to roofing. They will make sure when they are done with your inspection you will know everything there is to know about the property.

Things to know:
• If we fit, we go. (Attics and Crawlspaces, it doesn't matter)
• Most of the problems we find can be fixed for under $20 and 20 minutes
• When we are done with your inspection you will know everything there is to know about the property
• We inspect every property as if we were the ones buying it
• Majority of inspections are performed by 2 licensed, certified and insured inspectors (you get 2 for the price of 1)
