Hello, my name is Robert Kirkland and, together with my wife Debbie, own Leading Inspections LLC. I am a licensed, certified, and Insured Inspector of Structures. I obtained my License through the State of Nevada, and to do so, had to complete 132 hours of training via Key Reality Training Center, pass a Nevada State governed exam, and submit to a criminal background check. I am also a certified member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) and have met their strict guidelines for certification. I also carry Errors & Omissions and General Liability insurance in Nevada and Utah. I have successfully completed numerous inspections in a timely manner, and I use one of the most comprehensive, easy-to-understand, and simple-to-navigate report systems available today.
