Description of Services

Mid-America Inspection Services brings the experience of thousands of inspections performed over the decade we have served Fargo/Moorhead, Alexandria, Detroit Lakes, Fergus Falls, Wadena and the Minnesota Lakes Region. Our inspections conform to the InterNACHI Standards Of Practice, and we hold ourselves to the InterNACHI Code of Ethics assuring our clients of both an honest and through inspection.
In October 2010 we completed our tenth year of providing Fargo/Moorhead, Alexandria, Detroit Lakes, Fergus Falls, Wadena and the Minnesota Lakes Region and now look forward to another decade as the regions premier home inspection service.

Home Inspection and light commercial inspections. Vintage and lake homes account for a significant portion of our inspections.

Education & Credentials

Inspectors at Mid-America Inspection Services are;

registered in the state of North Dakota, http://www.nd.gov/sos/forms/pdf/home-inspectors.pdf, and are all members of

the Fargo/Moorhead Association of Realtors,

the Lakes Country Association of Realtors,

the Lakes Regions Association of Realtors and

the Greater Alexandria Area Association of Realtors, as well as

InterNACHI.

The principle engineer is a active member of the

Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), and a former member of both

the Project Management Institute, PMI, as well as

the Building Industry Consulting Service International, BICSI and is a

federally licensed graduate engineer, (FCC).
