I use infrared technology and the latest equipment to inspect your property in the most objective manner available.
I am a certified home inspector through the National Association of Home Inspectors (NACHI). I am required to take 24 hours of continuing education each year to maintain my certification which keeps me up to date on the most currect technology and trends.

I create professional, easy to understand reports with color photos and an easy to read summary using HomeGauge inspection software. I deliver the report over the Internet to anywhere in the world within 24 hours using a password protected link. This makes viewing easy while protecting your privacy.

I am also available on Saturdays.
