Eric has completed the formal and comprehensive technical home inspection training program from Pillar To Post and will help you make an informed decision when buying a home. He understands the decision to buy or sell a home is an extremely important one, and he encourages you to follow along on the inspection and ask questions.

Eric understands the difference between maintenance items, normal wear and tear and actual defects, and will present his findings in an objective and unbiased manner. His easy to understand, comprehensive, computer-generated report will summarize every part of the inspection, and should you have questions or concerns, Eric is only a phone call away.
