We go beyond the minimum. Formal Education: ITA, TCI, Becket Burners, Toco Heating, Puron and Freon EPA registered. Continuous Education: The State of CT requires a home inspector to maintain 20 hours of continuous education over a two-year period. Peter Christopher completed 90 hours in 2005,Along with 240 hours of hands-on education in 2006 .Plus 170 hours in 2007.

We tell it like it is. No sugarcoating, and no uncertainty. As a client you can expect to receive your home report within 24 hours of the inspection via an easy to understand emailed report which contains a picture of the reported problem(s).

We know what good customer service means. We are always willing to answer any questions during our normal hours of operation. All phone calls will be returned the same business day.

And finally, we care! We offer a discounted second inspection if the first home does not work out for any reason.
