Along with thermal imaging on home inspections, I'm a certified mold inspector with MICRO. I'm also IAC2 certified in both Mold and Radon. Along with air quality and surface sampling. This includes lead based paint on older homes. Understand though that these other services I provide are not part of a Nevada home inspection and would be written on a seperate report.

I've been working for a general contractor most of my adult life. Making sure sub-contractors were doing their job right was an everyday task. I know every phase in the building process which most other inspectors don't. Prior to becoming a home inspector, I worked for the largest luxury home builder in America.
