We offer Home Inspections, Energy Audits, Thermal Imaging, Green Building Certifications. I am a NC Licensed General Contractors with over 30 years experience in residential and commercial construction. I provide a complete and thorough inspection to give you peace of mind in your decision about a property. We are one of the few if not the only Home Inspection company in Western North Carolina that uses an Infrared camera as a standard part of all of our Home Inspections. We are Certified HERS Raters, wwe perform Energy Star Certifications for new construction as well as North Carolina Healthy Built Homes Certifications, NAHB Green Verifications. We do progress inspections for new construction, bank draw inspections for new construction and renovations.
