With AKC Home Inspections you will have an inspection performed by a state licensed home inpsector with 25 years experience in the residential construction and home inspection business. He has also been through extensive training provide by the AHIT certification program, passed the National Home Inspector Exam, and is a member of ASHI in good standing. After completion of the inspection you will receive a computer generated report w/digital photos with-in 24 hours. Your report will list the major concerns, items to repair and monitor, safety issues and cost deffered items.
