Description of Services

Home Evaluation Services provides home inspections, energy audits, energy ratings, building diagnostics, thermal imaging, radon testing / mitigation services for the central Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Home Evaluation Services is excited to be participating in energy retrofit programs coming from the Federal and State governments later this year. These energy programs are going to be based on actual energy savings using specialized test equipment and work to be performed by certified contractors.
