We are a full service home inspection company. We offer home inspections, final walk-through, radon, wood destroying insect, water quality, water pressure testing, septic inspections.

We at Homewood use the “Standard of Care for the Home Inspection Profession” by the “Home Inspection Institute of America, Inc” and their report system “The Home Inspector’s Premiere Reporting System”. They meet or exceed the State of Connecticut Home Inspection Standards of Practice.


We also are offing large format printing (up to 24” wide) and Computer Aided Design and Drafting (CADD) to license and insured professional architect, engineers, and surveyors.
