Description of Services

I perform Home inspections and provide a detailed online report which includes digital pictures and narrative. I alos include a 90 day warranty with each inspection. I have been certified by the National Association of Home Inspectors. I have also bee certified by AHIT American Home Inspector Training. Most homes have some maintenance issues, but my role is to help you understand which issues are major and which one are minor. My main concern is safety and the next concern is current or future maintenance.
