Awareness Home Inspection Services, LLC was established in May 2006. My goal is to provide ASHI Certified home inspections in the State of Maryland at a more than reasonable cost. Unbiased, experienced computer driven reports including digital photos, printed on-site empower you the buyer with hard information about the home you are purchasing. Put my over 40 years of building construction and maintenance to work for you. Formal Union apprenticeship, graduated as a journeyman carpenter, worked 30 years with the State of Maryland as a Building Inspector and Project Manager. Trained at the Inspection Training Associates school in Manassas. Maryland licensed, ASHI Certified.
