Description of Services

Apex Inspections aims to provide its cliets with a thorough and detailed analysis of the structure of interest. We conform to the standards and practices of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors), the most widely recognized standards in the country. We strive to deliver the inspection in a timely and professional manor, providing the client with several options for inspection report delivery including; on-site delivery (CD or printed), electronic delivery, or hard copy delivery post-inspection. Cliets of Apex can rest assured that our highest priority is placed on customer satisfaction. We also believe that it is highly important to give an accurate and unbiased representation of the structure. This belief is based on the idea that every client deserves a quality and most importantly safe home or business. While we stand by our report with 100% confidence, if the client is not satisfied they will not be charged for the report. We provide inspections throughout the state of Missouri so don't hesitate to give us a call no matter where you live.
