Description of Services

We have been serving the Metro Detoit Area since 1998. We provide full disclosure on Residential, Commercial, Well, Septic, and Mold. We provide a computer generated report that can be sent on-site at the time of inspection to your personal email, realtors email, or printed. So there is no wait time to receive our inspection report. We also explain everything on the inspection as being performed so that there is no confusion later. The inspection report can also be printed on-site. Also, we don't charge extra for crawlspaces. We feel that its just part of the job, so there is no reason to inconvenience you for minor details.
