I have been living in the DC area my whole life, 33 years. I am extremely familiar with all the types of houses in the VA, DC, MD area.

I have been in the business for 4 years and have performed 300+ home inspections

I started my inspection career working inside a real estate office as assistant manager. I learned alot of real estate law and ethics. I realized that inspecting homes was my calling. As a realtor, I worked in the best interest of the client. As a home inspector, I believe to be serving the client's best interest to a greater degree
