Perez has been 'hands on' involved with almost every trade including the plumbing service and repair business to designing and building home additions, kitchen and bath remodels, custom landscapes, hardscapes and swimming pools, we have years of direct 'hands on' experience with building structures that most every other inspector cannot compare with, we know our buildings, pools & landscapes from the inside and out, we can also design drought resistant/home cooling landscapes and lots more.
