Description of Services

Over 25 years of construction experience with over 4 years as a Licensed and Insured Home Inspector. I use a computer based reporting system and you will receive your report the same day as the inspection in a e-mail. I work 7 days a week so that inspections can be booked at the customers schedule, hours of operation are from 7am -8pm or as needed (as long as there is enough light to properly perform the Inspection. Reports can be copied to your realtor or family members at your request and they are stored on-line for you. I am the Owner and Inspector so you will always know who you are dealing with.
