DVI INC serves the Southwest Virginia and Northeast Tennessee areas and specializes in all your home and commercial building inspection needs. All reports meet or exceed the standards of practice for all national and state organizations. With over 15 years of repairing homes for insurance companies I have repaired just about all of the defects I find. I can help determine if a crack is a serious problem or just a cosmetic issue. The experience that the 15 years of repair work gives me more knowledge than any class I have taken. As the building industry changes it is important to learn the new construction methods and be able to evaluate them for the customer, but not only evaluate but to explain in terms that the customer can understand and make an informed decision about the property they are wanting to purchase. With the advent of Green Building we are constantly looking for better ways for you to save money with utility bills and decrease the amount of energy needed to keep your home comfortable.
