Description of Services

We provide a full range of home inspection services; including Radon testing, water testing, mold testing, roof assesments and full home inspections. We have 16 years of experience inspecting homes and am an active builder. I have actively been involved in all phases of remodeling of homes, building additions and new construction including site built and modular construction. I am very familiar with very old homes with a firm understanding of various types of old construction and the different materials used in the construction of these old homes. We work closely with the buyers and realtors to assure that all parties have a firm grasp of the condition of the properties inspected. We can and often do make recomendations of how to accomplish needed repairs and upgrades. We can even provide a list to customers of trusted sub contractors. We will never take on work that is suggsted from the contents of our home inspections, we consider this to be a conflict of interest.
